On April 14, 1969 in the Republic of Palau, Wilhelmina " Mina " Bolwaisei was born to the proud parents of Tokuko Ngiratrang ( Mother) and Bolwaisei Orak (Father) in Koror Palau.

Mina graduated from Palau High School in the summer of 1987 and then went on to attend the Northern Marianas College of Nursing, where Mina developed her skill and passion for caring for others.

Mina came to Portland in 2003 from having lived in Saipan for several years, to join her family in the Pacific Northwest. Then she moved to New York City until 2009. In 2009 Mina moved back to Portland Oregon, where she remained until her passing on September 18, 2024.

On October 17, 2009 Wilhelmina met her future husband Richard Nolan Brock, whom she'd fall in love with and marry on February 11, 2012 They had a simple ceremony in their home, joined by immediate members of their newly combined families and close friends.

Mina went on to become a Medication Technician at St. Andrew's Memory Care were Mina was able to care for the sick, aged and people suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer's and eventually moving to Russellville to work in their memory care unit with the perk of working for the same company as her eldest daughter Sadia.

Mina loved her job, she loved her patients and really enjoyed working with the people in her charge under her care. Mina was a very compassionate person and gave of herself quite a lot, she'd never looked to receive accolades or awards not even recognition for her good work, Mina just enjoyed what she did, helping people.

Mina is survived by her husband Richard N. Brock, her four daughters Sadia, Nadia, Faria and Aria. Wilhelmina also has grandchildren Wyatt, Carita, Amilia and Mason all of which brought Wilhelmina tremendous pride and joy whenever she saw them. Wilhelmina also leaves behind her remaining siblings Wilma, William, Willcy, Willian, Wilda, Willander and Williana.
