Wayne R. Hotchkiss passed away in Portland, Oregon on September 5, 2023.  He was 96 years old.

Mr. Hotchkiss was born in Portland, Oregon on April 27, 1927 to David and Nellie Hotchkiss.

Wayne served the US Army during World War II.

A graveside with honors will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Willamette National Cemetery.  He will be laid to rest with his wife, Shirley, who died on April 26, 1988.
