Susan K. Jacoby passed away peacefully at her home in Scappoose on March 21, 2023.  She was 69 years old.

She was born in Portland, Oregon on July 12, 1953, to James and Delors Eades.  She was raised and educated in the St Johns neighborhood and graduated from Roosevelt High School.

She worked for a time at Freightliner in the management office as an Assistant Secretary.

Susan met Robbe Jacoby in 1981 and they were later married in December of 1983 in Reno, Nevada after which she became a Homemaker.  The lived in Portland for a time, but then moved to Scappoose, Oregon in 2017.

She is survived by her husband, Robbe; her sons: Jeremy and Tyler Jacoby both of Portland and her daughter, Ashley Thompson, of Seattle, Along with her sister, Theresa Keller of Scappoose. She has three grandchildren.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donny Eades.

A memorial service will be held at Hustad Funeral Home at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 7, 2023 at Hustad Funeral Home, 7232 N. Richmond Avenue in Portland.  Disposition was by cremation and inurnment is private.
