Roy Raymond Larkin passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025 in Hillsboro, Oregon. He was 92 years old.

Military Honors for Mr. Larkin will be presented at 1:30 PM on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Willamette National Cemetery and private burial will follow there.
