Robert Dean Mills. Died at age 49 on October 11th 2017, in Portland, Oregon.

Robert was born on January 11th, 1968 in Oroville, California and moved to the Dalles and then to Portland and had lived there ever since the age of five. His parents, Helen Anderson and Kenneth Mills, have lived with him for a large majority of his life. As a child and growing up, Robert Mills enjoyed activities such as football, baseball, hanging out with his lifelong friends and especially fishing every summer at Bouy 10. He attended Roosevelt High School in the neighborhood of St. Johns, and graduated in 1986. His lifelong friends for which he spent most of his memories with were Aaron Hall, Mike Lav, Bob Duran, Louis Ruiz, Jeff McNealy and many more. His main profession was working as a bricklayer while raising his four kids. When he wasn't busy working on a construction site or with his family, he would typically spend his free time watching the Los Angeles Rams NFL team every Sunday and cook for his friends and family.

Robert Mills was also blessed with a large loving family. He left behind his children Leina Mills, Alexzandra Mills, Anna Mills, and Robbie Mills Jr and his mother Helen Anderson.

His service will be held on October 28th, 2017 at 2:00 PM. The location of the service will be at Hustad Funeral Home on 7232 N. Richmond Avenue Portland, Oregon 97203.
