Rhonda was born in Los Angeles, California. She was raised and educated in Salem, Oregon. Rhonda was married to Larry D. Miller in Vancouver, Washington on February 25, 1975. Rhonda worked for a time as a seamstress at Columbia Sportswear and then Pendleton Woolen Mills. Later she became a homemaker and cared for her two daughters, Shannon and Venetia. Rhonda was an avid Pool Player in the St. Johns Pool League and others. She enjoyed camping and travelling with Mexico and Reno being among her favorite places. Rhonda loved to watch her grandkids play sports. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Larry; daughter, Venetia; Niece Christina Norwest; Brothers, Kenneth Foster and Clifford Case; sisters Shelley Norwest and Jeanette Case.; Grandchildren: Rochelle, Lei-Lani, Jesse, Anthony, Wakeeza, Makyah and Kalani. Great Grandson: King'Ares with another great granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her daughter Shannon Miller in 2012. A Funeral Gathering will be on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Hustad Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Cemetery on Monday, March 23.
