Obituary

Ray M. Price passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2013, he was 97. Ray was born and raised in Burns Flat, OK. He attended school there. Ray was married to Bonnie Sue Morton on March 2, 1940 in Rocky, Oklahoma. He served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II in the Pacific as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Inspector. After the war he returned to Burns Flat where he owned and operated The Price Garage. In 1956, he and Bonnie moved to Portland, OR where they have lived since. Ray was a Fleet Mechanic for Hertz Truck Rental until his retirement in 1977 and was an avid rock hound. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Bonnie; two daughters: Rhonda Reisen and Mitzi Behrens, a sister: Mary Faye Delp, four grandchildren and four great-grandsons. A Funeral Gathering will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 22nd at Hustad Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Association are suggested.
