Philip Nguyen passed away in Dayton, Oregon on April 10, 2022. He was 19 years old.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 25 N. Rosa Parks Way, Portland, OR 97217.
Interment will follow at River View Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
