Opal G. Grove passed away on October 3, 2013 in Vancouver, Washington. Opal was born on July 15, 1923 in Priest River, Idaho to James and Helen Miller. She moved to Coos Bay, Oregon when young and graduated from high school there. She was married to Homer E. Grove on July 24, 1941 in Coquille, Oregon. She lived and raised four children in that area. After Homer passed away in 1958, she came to Portland to St. Johns and had lived in this area since. She worked as an electronics assembler for the Coda Phone Company in Portland until her retirement in 1985. She moved to Ridgefield, Washington in 2008. Opal is survived by her daughters, Edna Nelsen and Judy Ramos and 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Homer and sons Donald and Robert Grove. At her request services will be private.
