Nicholas Glenn Horsey died in Portland on November 1, 2015. He was 27 years old. Nicholas was born in Portland, Oregon on October 31, 1988 to Jeffrey and Kelly Horsey. He was raised in St. Johns and attended Portsmouth Elementary and the Open Meadows School. He had also attended Portland Community College at Rock Creek. Nicholas worked for a time at UPS, but most recently was employed as Grounds Crew Personnel for American Airlines at Portland International Airport. Nicholas is survived by his mother, Kelly and siblings Joey and Miranda. He also leaves behind his grandparents: Norm Horsey and Maureen and Richard Proffitts as well as his aunts and uncles: Michael Milner, Laurie Weygandt, Robert Horsey and Vicki Wack. Nicholas had many cousins as well.
