Mavis Elizabeth (Polky) Neufeldt, 76, peacefully passed away on July 3, 2025 in Portland, Oregon.

She was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington.  In her later years, she lived in Cannon Beach, Seaside and Tillamook, Oregon.

Mavis was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Elsie (Jackson) Polky.

She is survived by cousins and friends.

Disposition was by cremation and no services will be held.
