Marsha Lee Tyrrell passed away on October 19, 2013 in Portland at age 62. Marsha was born on September 17, 1951 in Denver, Colorado to Marshall and Inez Steen. She came to the Portland area at age 12 and has lived in the St. Johns and Vancouver areas since. She attended Roosevelt High School. She was married to Rick Tyrrell in 1969 in Vancouver, WA. Marsha worked as a seamstress for Thorpe Drapery for many years until illness forced her to retire. She is survived by her children, Dianna Aspaas and Brian Tyrrell; her sisters, JoAnne Hawthorne and Diane Hagen and her grandchildren: Evan and Jordan Aspaas, Kyl Krecklow, Joseph and Brianna Aspaas and Skylar and Hunter Moon. She was preceded in death by her parents Mike and Inez Wittkopp and siblings David Wittkopp and Marjean Peterson. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Hustad Funeral Home, 7232 N. Richmond Avenue in Portland.
