Nell Bunker passed away at home on April 11, 2020.  She was 77 years old.

She was born in Kennard, Texas on August 10, 1942 to Willis and Margaret Welch. Nell came to Portland, OR in 1964.  She was married to Wally Bunker in Sept. 1985 in Portland.  He died in 2013.

Nell worked for Century 21 as an accountant, the later she and her sister, Donna, ran Peninsula Rental Management Company in St Johns until 1998. Later she worked for the Donald Long Juvenile Detention Center, then the State Traffic Division. Nell retired in 2015.

She is survived by her sister, Donna McCoy (John); Brothers: Tom and Gary Welch;  and her brother-in-law, Glen Bunker. Services will be private.
