Ma Elena Nieves Rangel passed away peacefully at her home in Camas on December 15, 2021. She was 70 years old.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Nieves Rangel will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5227 N. Bowdoin Street, Portland, Oregon 97203.
Mrs. Nieves Rangel will be returned home to Mexico for interment at Panteon Municipal de Zinapecuaro in Michoacan, Mexico.
