Loletia Armstrong passed away in Portland, Oregon on December 15, 2022. She was 64 years old.
Loletia Armstrong was born on February 17, 1958, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Willie & Clytie Armstrong (who proceeded her in death). And the love and nurturing of beloved grandparents George & Eloise Peterson (proceeded her in death). Loletia lived in Hattiesburg for part of her life as a child before moving to Portland, Oregon where she made her home since 1971. She went on to complete grade school at Martin Luther King Middle School and graduated from John Adams High School in Portland, Oregon.
Loletia was employed by DPI Security where she worked as a security guard for 14 years. She enjoyed fishing, a passion for the 70's music, collecting old money and coins, taking photos of antique cars to share with her brother-in-law Franklin, and lets not forget her favorite TV game show Jeopardy and old movies.
Loletia left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Rest well.
She leaves to cherish her memories four brothers: Clifton Gaddis of Vancouver, WA; Glenn E. Armstrong of Portland, OR; Tony A. Armstrong of Richton, MS; and Billy J. Armstrong of Richton, MS; Four sisters: Jennie Portis of Vancouver, WA; Shirley C. Bolds of Longview, WA; Willie Jean Brown (Franklin) of Portland, OR and Nina J. Armstrong of Richton, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
