Mrs. Loatha J. Smith, age 75, died at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, OR, on Sunday, November 20, 2011. Born September 17, 1936, in Amarillo, TX. She lived in numerous states before settling in Portland, where she began raising her four children. She was an active and detrimental part of the Interstate Bowling League for over 30 years and an outstanding dart player. She enjoyed drinking white zin and loved to be around her family. Survivors include her husband, James, and her three children, Bud, Sam, Cheryl, and is now resting in peace with her son Billy. To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.
