Linda Louise Lehman March 17, 1948 to July 23, 2015 Linda passed away peacefully while waiting to be admitted at Providence Hospital on July 23, 2015. Linda was born in Portland, Oregon to Edor and Helene Lofstrom on March 17, 1948. She was the youngest of five children - a "surprise blessing" as her sister Karen was eight years older than her. Linda attended Sitton Elementary then later Roosevelt High School. Linda married Denny on July 11, 1970. Although they did not start dating until after high school (he was home on leave from the service), they actually met in Fourth Grade. They just celebrated 45 years of marriage together. They have one daughter that they adopted from Korea. Linda stayed at home until Sarah was in high school and was very active at Holy Cross. It was only when Sarah was in high school that she went to work at Woman's World / Katherine's. Linda loved to shop. She had a talent of turning any shopping trip into a shopping excursion. She was able to find a bargain at any store she stepped into and would often share her treasures with family and friends alike. Linda also sewed, knitted, and crocheted. A number of family and friends have been the recipients of her generous gift baskets of homemade baby items or beautiful blankets or scarves. Linda is preceded in death by all of her brothers (Keith, Shel, and Frank) and her sister Karen as well as her niece Tami and her husband Richard. Linda is survived by her husband, Denny, her daughter Sarah as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and her sister-in-laws. Linda's funeral service will be held at Holy Cross and laid to rest at a private service at Willamette National Cemetery.
