Kelly Michael Craig, Sr. was born on April 29, 1951 in Rantoul, Illinois to Newell and Doris Craig. He was raised in Texas and California and later served in the US Army. Kelly was married to Lisa Avins on December 26, 1977 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they lived in Arizona and California where Kelly worked odd jobs. They came to Oregon in 1997 and have lived here since. Kelly worked for various janitorial services in Portland during that time.
Kelly was a professional magician for over 40 years and was a member of The Magic Castle. He was also an amazing storyteller and a very proud grandfather.
Kelly is survived by his wife, Lisa; Sons: Chris (Charlaina) and Justin Craig; his brother: David Miller and Sisters: Kim Miller, Charlotte Clark and Cindy Boswell. He has one grandson, Taran Craig. Kelly was preceded in death by his son, Kelly M. Craig, Jr. and his father, Newell and his mother, Doris, and Stepfather, Donald Clark.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Rivergate Community Church, 4737 N. Lombard Street
