Janis Parke passed away peacefully at home in Portland, Oregon on September 1, 2021, she was 81 years old.

Janis was born in Portland, OR to Vernon and Ira Wolfe. She was raised and educated in Portland. Janis graduated from Lincoln High School.

Janis worked for a time at Mercer Steel in Portland as a bookkeeper. She was married to Richard Parke in 1964 in Portland and she became a homemaker.

She was a longtime member of the Portland Rose Society and the First Baptist Church in Portland.

She is survived by her husband: Richard Parke and her three sons: Rick, Tony, and Troy Parke.

A Graveside Service for Janis will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
