Obituary
Hailey Auguilar passed away on November 21, 2020 at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. She was 16 years old.
A viewing for Hailey will be at Hustad Funeral Home, 7232 N. Richmond Avenue in Portland, on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
She will be cremated afterward.
The family kindly asks that there be no photography during the viewing.
