Frances Shaffer passed away peacefully at her home on October 11, 2021. She was 98 years old.

A graveside service for Mrs. Shaffer will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Finn Hill Cemetery in Brush Prairie, Washington.
