Obituary

Damian Leobardo Ochoa, age 39, passed away in Portland, Oregon on June 13, 2026 from natural causes. He was born on May 28, 1987 in Portland, Oregon to Daniel Ochoa Sr.and Geneva Rivas Ochoa, both of whom preceded him in death. Damian grew up in North Portland, where he spent his childhood surrounded by family, friends, and the community he loved.

Damian was a talented music writer, local rapper, and music producer. Music was his passion—he wrote lyrics, created beats, and spent countless hours in the recording studio with his friends. He also coached and inspired young rappers, encouraging them to believe in their talent and pursue their dreams. His creativity, dedication, and love for music touched many lives.

Damian was known for his kindness, tender heart, and sweet, loving spirit. He had a beautiful smile that lit up every room and a gentle presence that made people feel at ease. He loved being social and meeting new people, and he cherished every moment spent surrounded by family and friends.

Above all, Damian loved his three children Melody (Stormy), Sosa, and Santino Ochoa with all his heart. They were his greatest joy and the center of his world.

He is survived by his five siblings: Daniel Jr., Corina, David, Lisa, and Dominic, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who adored him. Damian will be remembered for his music, his kindness, and the love he gave so freely.

Rest in Peace, Damian. You will always live in our hearts.
