Connie Louise Christian, 59, passed away peacefully at home Jan. 14, 2020, of natural causes.

Connie was born and raised in North Portland and a 1978 Graduate of Roosevelt High School. She was very athletic and received several awards in track and loved being a cheerleader for the Rough Riders. After high School Connie worked for Meier and Franks until she joined her father at the family trucking company. Connie loved Traveling and was adventurous. She loved skydiving with her kids and hiking.
Survived by her amazing children, Erich and Delaney Christian, both of Portland; brothers, Carl Wilson of Gresham, Keith (Katherine) Wilson of Portland; sister, Karen Fielding of Mesquite, NV.; and her loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Avis Wilson; and brother, Richard Wilson.

A funeral will be held at 4 p.m., Jan. 25, 2020, at Hustad Funeral Home, 7232 N. Richmond Ave., Portland.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests remembrances go to Oregon Special Olympics.
