Clifford Bernard Teeter was born on June 28, 1932 in Selfridge, North Dakota.  He passed away on February 15,2021 at home in Portland, Oregon.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and a Veteran of the US Army.
He was loved by many and he will be greatly missed.
