Betty Ilene Parker passed away in her home in Portland, July 13, 2020. She died of naturalcauses.
Betty was born Oct. 15, 1935 in Breckenridge, Texas to James and Dorothy Powell.

Betty was predeceased by her husband, Osco Dean Parker; and her daughter, Linda Lee McCluskey.

She is survived by her sons, Steven Dean Parker and Robert Osco Parker;
grandchildren, Kristie Murray,Steve Parker, Kevin Parker, David Parker, Austin Casto and Chelsea Sjostrom; and greatgrandchildren,
Britney, Brent and Brandon Phillips, Makena and Ryder Murray, Steven Dean Parker, Jr., and Kora Parker. She is also survived by sisters, Londa Ward, Caroline Clark, Sandy McClure and Dorothy McDonald.

Betty moved to Oregon from Breckenridge, Texas in 1943. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Portland in 1954. She
worked at Lipman's in Portland until she married Osco Dean Parker in 1956. Betty enjoyed visiting with her relatives and spending
time with her children and grandchildren. Holidays were her favorite times of the year when she could have all of her family
celebrating in her home. She was a friend to all children in her neighborhood. Betty was a strong supporter of the Union Gospel Mission.

A private burial with her family will be held in Willamette National Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
