Obituary
Bertha "Bert" Ann Davis passed away at home in Portland on January 12, 2017. She was 61 years old.
Bert was born in Vancouver, Washington on November 23, 1955 to Bertram and Gertrude Wood. She was raised and educated in North Portland and graduated from Roosevelt High School.
Bert lived in Portland and worked at various companies as a payroll clerk, most recently at ORRCO (Oil Re-refining Company) until November of 2016. She was married to Jim Davis in 1992.
Bert loved oil painting, gardening, birds and flowers. She enjoyed horseback riding, camping and the beach, specifically the family cabin at Oysterville, Washington.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; Her son, Chris Potter along with her mother, Ann Wood; a brother, Duane Wood; Step-daughter Angela Sellers and two granddaughters: Aleesha and Kaylee. She was preceded in death by her father, Bertram in 2016.
A Memorial Gathering for Bert will be held at 1:00 PM on January 26th at Hustad Funeral Home, 7232 N. Richmond Avenue, Portland, Oregon.
